About Me
Hi there.
If you’ve ever found yourself staring at a medication chart at 3 AM, heart pounding, caffeine IV dripping, and wondering how the hell you got so damn tired, then you and I have more in common than you think.
My name is Eva ZobianWolf. I’m a purple‑haired, over‑caffeinated former critical‑care nurse turned neuroscience‑loving yoga therapist, Reiki master teacher, Vedic astrologer, Ayurvedic dabbler…and yes, I swear like a sailor when the mood strikes or it's Tuesday.
My Story (the short, unfiltered version)
I spent over two decades in hospital corridors—most of them in critical care. I lived for adrenaline. I prided myself on handling everyone’s chaos. But like many nurses, I ignored my own body until it screamed back at me.
Burnout isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a soul‑crushing reality. Nearly two‑thirds of nurses report feeling burned out, and it shows up as exhaustion, cynicism, and “why am I doing this?” Sundays.
My own wake‑up call wasn’t pretty. I hit a wall—physically, emotionally, spiritually. I was running on empty, snapping at the people I loved, and my nervous system felt permanently wired.
One day, mid‑shift, I realised: I can’t keep pouring from an empty cup. So I started seeking answers beyond the hospital break room.
From science to soul (and a few F‑bombs in between)
I stumbled into yoga therapy and thought, “I’m not bendy, I don’t have time for this shit.” Turns out, you don’t need a mat or a fancy studio.
Neurosomatic practices—breath‑work, mindful movement, energy work—work because they’re rooted in neuroscience. One slow, intentional breath can switch your body from fight‑or‑flight to rest‑and‑digest. Brief self‑care practices actually reduce stress and cortisol.
And yes, Vedic astrology and Ayurveda helped me understand my own rhythms and energy. I learned to listen to my body instead of overriding it.
When I blended these tools with my medical background, something clicked. I wasn’t just patching up the burnout; I was rewiring my system. I started sleeping better. I stopped clenching my jaw. I laughed again. I felt like myself—not just a nurse, but a woman with a life.
Why I’m here for you
If you’re a nurse over 40, odds are you’ve given more than you’ve received. You’ve put patients first, family second and yourself dead last. That stops here. Self‑care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. And the good news? It doesn’t have to be another item on your to‑do list. Tiny practices and honest conversations can change everything.
I created Eva Zee Wellness to offer what I wish I’d had: a no‑bullshit, science‑meets‑soul approach to healing. I blend evidence‑based neurosomatic tools with the cosmic wisdom of astrology and Ayurveda. I offer trauma‑sensitive yoga therapy that doesn’t require flexibility. I facilitate energy sessions that clear the crap you’ve been carrying. I teach micro‑practices you can sneak into your shift or your shower.
What to expect when we work together
Real talk. No spiritual bypassing or shame. We name the burnout and we work through it.
Science and spirit. I’ll nerd out on nervous system regulation one minute and calculate your birth chart the next.
Compassion and accountability. I’ve been where you are, and I won’t let you quit on yourself.
Community of badasses. You’ll be part of a circle of women who get it—who laugh, cry, swear and heal together.
If you’re ready to stop feeling like a damn martyr and start feeling like a human again, let’s talk. Grab that coffee (or tea), take a deep breath, and drop me a line. I promise there’s light—and a whole lot of laughter—on the other side.
With love, science and the occasional F‑bomb,
Eva
