I know what it feels like to be exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty. With over two decades of hospital experience, the majority in Critical Care, I’ve witnessed firsthand the toll that stress, burnout, and chronic fatigue take on the body, mind, and spirit.
Like so many nurses, I poured everything into my work - until my body made it clear that something had to change.
That’s when I turned to yoga therapy, vedic astrology, breath- work, and energy healing—not as a hobby, but as a lifeline.
Through these practices, I didn’t just “feel better”—I learned how to listen to my body, regulate my nervous system, and shift from just surviving to truly thriving,
Now as a Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and continuing education provider for nurses, I bring together evidence-based holistic practices with a deep understanding of the nervous system and stress physiology.
